Able to accompany the members of a team, to involve them, to federate them, to motivate them and to support them in order to reach a common goal.

Strategic & analytical
Able to conduct quantitative and/or qualitative analyses, which are essential to strategic decision making.

Budget management
Skilled in budget management.

Negotiation.
Aware of the importance of finding an agreement that increases the gains for everyone.

Public speaking
Skilled in public speaking for presentations, seminars and interviews.
